Amar and Ashley married at the Carnegie Institution for Science in D.C. They combined elegance and down-to-earth casual in a classy wedding ceremony and reception with white, gold, and red decor. Revealing their relaxed sides in the midst of the elegance, they had a poutine food truck parked outside providing the popular Canadian fast food. This was the first “poutine wedding” I’ve ever seen and the first that had a Chinese Lion Dance. I can’t stress enough how much I enjoy awesome couples who incorporate themselves and their heritage into their day.
I was hired by Gillette Portrait Arts to tag team their special day.
